INGREDIENTS
Dough
1 cup water
2 teaspoons dry active yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups whole-wheat flour
Filling
1 ¼ cups ricotta cheese
1 ¼ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
