INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, juice included
For the frosting:
1 stick oleo margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
