Recipe: Slow Cooker Chicken Posole

"It doesn't get much easier than this...."

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium poblano pepper, seeded and diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 (15-ounce) cans or 1 (29- to 30-ounce) can hominy, drained and rinsed
Juice of 1 medium lime
Fresh cilantro leaves and stems
Thinly sliced radishes
Chopped avocado
Tortilla chips
