INGREDIENTS
2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup whole milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups chicken, boneless and skinless, cooked and shredded
1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen peas and carrots mix, thawed
1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked
1 1/2 cups butter crackers, coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
