INGREDIENTS

1 large head of cauliflower

12 oz of cooked bacon - chopped (will equal about 1 1/2 cups when chopped)

6 oz sour cream (About 3/4 cup. You can also use yogurt of choice.)
•
1/4 cup milk of choice (Add more if needed.)
•
1/8 cup chopped green onions
•
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (Unpasteurized or rice shreds for lactose-free, Daiya for dairy-free.)
•
1-2 oz goat cheese (Optional, but add more sour cream or yogurt if you don't use it.)
•
Seasoning of choice (I used garlic, onion, ground mustard, and black pepper.)
