INGREDIENTS
2 cups lettuce (We used romaine but use whatever you like.)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 avocado sliced (sliced)
2-3 oz fresh mozzarella
4 oz chicken breasts (cooked and sliced)
Fresh torn basil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (finely ground)
1 1/2 tsp garlic (minced (one large clove))
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
