4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves

Celtic sea salt (sprinkle to taste)

Fresh ground black pepper (sprinkle to taste)

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•
¼ cup honey
•
2 Tablespoons Gluten Free Soy Sauce (I used San-J’s Organic Tamari)
•
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
•
1 teaspoon paprika
•
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
•
½ teaspoon garlic powder
•
1 egg yolk (helps to coat and thicken the sauce)
