"Rita Lang requested the recipe for a broccoli-raisin salad served at Ray's Butcher Shoppe, 4640 W. Loomis Road, Greenfield. She wrote, "I love their salad!" Scott Podd sent the recipe. "The broccoli salad along with the other deli salads are made fresh in-house on a daily basis,"Ray Konkol and Perry Podd, co-owners,wrote. This recipe was scaled down by staff at the store.
