1 cup cashews (ground)

1/2 cup almond flour
•
1/2 cup coconut flour
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 cup date paste (or favorite liquid sweetener)
•
2 teaspoons cinnamon
•
1 tsp vanilla extract or the seeds of a vanilla been
•
Filling:
•
3 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight)
•
The juice & zest of 2 lemons (about a 1/2 cup of juice)
•
1/2 cup date paste, ( or your favorite liquid sweetener)
•
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
•
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract or the seeds from a vanilla bean
•
1/2 cup coconut butter
•
blend above ingredients until creamy
