6 oz can tomato paste
1 small onion, diced (optional)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
