2 zucchini sliced and cut as you prefer into bite size pieces

2 yellow squash sliced and cut into bite size pieces

1 large sweet yellow onion cut into small pieces, or chopped

2 bell peppers red orange or yellow

3 cloves minced garlic

1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes undrained, no salt added
•
1 2.25 ounce can sliced olives drained
•
2 tsp italian seasoning
•
2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp pepper
