1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
2 cups raspberries
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. cold water
