1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
¾ cup whole milk
2 (8 oz) tubs frozen whipped toppings, divided
2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
2-3 sleeves honey graham crackers
Whipped cream and fresh raspberries for serving
