1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Argo® Corn Starch
6 ounces (1-1/2 cups) fresh OR frozen whole raspberries
1/3 cup water
Cream Cheese Filling
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Argo® Corn Starch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
OR 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Almond Extract
Frosting
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
