Raspberry Cream Cannolis
INGREDIENTS

1 Package Frozen Puff pastry squares
•
1 Egg beaten with 1 Tbl of milk
•
Cannoli molds or you can use ¾” thick 6” wooden dowels wrapped with foil
•
Confectioner’s sugar for dusting
•
Raspberry flavored Butter cream Icing
•
Ingredients:
•
1 Cup sweet Butter, softened
•
1 ½ Cups powdered or confectioner's sugar or more (depending how sweet your icing)
•
¼ Tsp salt
•
½ Cup Whipping cream
•
2 tsp. vanilla
•
2 Tbls Raspberry flavored Jell-o mix powder
