130 g macadamia nuts (roasted (1 cup))
150 g salted butter (melted)
1 ½ cups frozen raspberries ((170g))
¼ cup water
2 tbsp caster sugar 
500 g cream cheese (room temperature)
395 g sweetened condensed milk
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
4 free-range eggs 
300 ml thickened cream 
100 g fresh raspberries
Extra roasted macadamias
