16 ounces coleslaw mix (1 bag)
1 cup edamame (shelled, cooked and cooled)
1 medium red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 medium carrot (julienned)
3 green onions (sliced)
½ cup sliced almonds (toasted)
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
⅓ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (grated )
