INGREDIENTS
Salad:
8 cups Romaine lettuce
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 cups cucumber, sliced or cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups carrots, julienned or diced
1 1/2 cups reduced-sodium diced ham
6 oz reduced-fat, shredded mild cheddar cheese
Buttermilk Dressing:
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
1 Tbsp dill (fresh or dried)
1 Tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried chives
