INGREDIENTS
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for the pan
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for the pan (see Cook's Note)
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1 tablespoon milk, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs plus 1 yolk, at room temperature
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Red, yellow, green and blue food coloring, for the coconut
One 16-ounce can vanilla frosting
12 regular marshmallows
