Quinoa Pilaf with Curry Powder

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Quinoa
2 cups water
1 large onion cut in half and sliced into thin semi circular slices
1 red bell pepper finely diced
1 green bell pepper , finely diced
1 - 1.5 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or paprika powder, as per taste
2-4 tablespoons Olive oil (dependign on how well done you want your onions)
Salt to taste
chopped Cilantro for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
1/2 cup Walnuts
