Quick Masa Dough Recipe

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cups masa harina
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup lard or vegetable shortening, melted, or vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups warm water
