Quick & Easy Instant Pot Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 cup dried chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
3-4 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
1 cube vegetable stock
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons light tahini
5-6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped roughly
1 teaspoon cumin powder
A pinch of salt (more if you prefer, taste at the end)
2/3 cup cooking liquid (maybe a little more to make it thinner, depending on the size of the chickpeas)
Drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of paprika and cumin powder
