3 dry pints (6 cups | 1kg | 2.25lb) fresh blueberries

2 cups (400g | 14.1oz) granulated sugar

1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup (or liquid honey)

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
•
1 tsp pure vanilla extract, (store-bought or homemade)
•
1/2 tsp salt (I use Himalayan salt)
•
1/4 tsp pure lemon extract

pinch ground cinnamon
