1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 lb broccoli, chopped to bite sized florets
•
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
•
1/2 cup beef broth
•
1 teaspoon soy sauce
•
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
