6 oz. Swiss Cheese, diced

8 oz. cubed ham, browned

1 medium onion, diced and cooked until translucent
•
1 c. heavy cream (I used 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. yogurt... use the cream)
•
3 eggs, slightly beaten
•
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
1/2 tsp. dried French thyme
•
10-20 grinds black pepper
