INGREDIENTS

8 Old El Paso Taco Boats OR flour tortillas (cut into triangles)

vegetable oil (for frying)
•
1/4 - 1/2 pound fresh ground chorizo
•
1/2 small sweet onion (finely chopped)
•
1/4 cup tequila (may sub water if desired)
•
1 ounce can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles (4)
•
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
•
8 ounces monterey jack cheese (shredded)
•
1 tablespoons flour
•
fruit or tomato salsa (for serving)
•
fresh cilantro + jalapenos (for serving)
