1/4 cup milk (I use Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk)
•
2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
•
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
•
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
2-3 teaspoons or equivalent of sugar, honey, stevia, or sweetener of choice
•
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
•
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten free, if necessary)
•
1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or pepitas, optional
•
Additional milk, if needed
