1/2 cup water
3 tbsp espresso powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup coffee for brushing
for the whipped cream frosting:
2¼ cups heavy cream, chilled
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
