Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

INGREDIENTS
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp EACH ground nutmeg, ground ginger, salt
1/4 tsp EACH ground cloves, ground allspice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
12 tablespoons unsalted butter, (room temperature)
1 large egg yolk
1/2 cup Libby's pumpkin puree ((not pumpkin pie filling, see notes))
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
