INGREDIENTS
Servings 1-2
1⁄2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1⁄2 cup low-fat soymilk (I use 8th Contintent Light Soymilk) or 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat milk (I use 8th Contintent Light Soymilk)
1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1⁄2 cup cold water
3 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (make this to taste, its a personal preferece)
1 tablespoon hot water
6 -8 ice cubes
