2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
⅓ cup Challenge Unsalted Butter
¾ cup pumpkin purée
¼ cup buttermilk
½ cup raisins
½ cup pecans
1 Tablespoon buttermilk
Cinnamon sugar (2 tablespoons sugar plus with ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
