1 Sugar Pie pumpkin, halved, peeled and chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. Olive oil
2 cups arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
6 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
20 fresh sage leaves
5 pieces bacon
additional parmesan cheese
