INGREDIENTS

2 C steel cut oats
•
1 15oz can of pumpkin(or about 1 3/4C)
•
1 400 mL or 14 oz can full fat coconut milk plus enough water to make 7C(about 5 1/4C water)
•
1 tbsp vanilla
•
1 tbsp + 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
•
1/2 C honey or maple syrup(or leave unsweetened and add after it’s been cooked)
