1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed
1/2 tps. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Stevia (or sugar is OK)
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder
Optional toppings: Maple syrup and walnuts/pecans
