INGREDIENTS
2 15 oz cans pumpkin puree
2 cups heavy cream or half and half
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Topping:
1 cup quick cooking or old fashioned oats ((not instant))
1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1/2 cup cold salted butter (cubed)
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
