1 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk (I prefer coconut)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons sweetener (I used 12 drops SweetLeaf stevia drops and 1 tablespoon Pyure All Purpose)
1 teaspoon sugar free vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger (allspice also works)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/4 cup chia seeds
