3-5 cups nonfat plain or Greek yogurt (for thicker slices you’d want to use 5 cups)

1 small box instant sugar free/fat free vanilla or cheesecake flavor pudding. (Both flavors work fabulous for this).
•
1/2 Tbsp caramel extract
•
3/4 cup 100% pure canned pumpkin.
•
1 tsp pumpkin spice
•
1 tsp cinnamon.
•
3 Tbsp sugar substitute ( Stevia, Swerve, Splenda)
