Ingredients

  • 1 C Pumpkin
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 C Grated carrots
  • 4 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2/3 C Instant non-fat dry milk
  • 8 pkgs Artificial sweetener
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

How To Make pumpkin muffins

  • Step 1
    Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine beaten eggs and vanilla. Add pumpkin to egg mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients, carrots, and raisins. Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Divide dough into 12 tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
