INGREDIENTS
1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (150 mL) granulated sugar
2 tsp (10 mL) Club House Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Sea Salt Grinder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1 mL) baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup (125 mL) canned pumpkin puree
1/3 cup (75 mL) canola oil
1/3 cup (75 mL) Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
Frosting:
1 cup (250 mL) unsalted butter, at room temperature
4 cups (1 L) icing sugar, sifted
3 tbsp (45 mL) whipping (35%) cream
1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
Club House Red and Yellow Food Colour, to make orange colour
1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Cake Mate Imitation Chocolate Decors
