¼ cups Shelled Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
FOR THE VANILLA ICING:
½ cups Icing (powdered) Sugar
3 Tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
