Pumpkin Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
1 standard size box spice cake mix (I typically use Duncan Hines)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. (8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 - 4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping sauce
Pinch of salt
Extra caramel sauce for drizzling onto cake and/or on to frosting.
