Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups sugar; 3 Eggs; 1 cup canned pumpkin; 1 tbsp. International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer; 1/3 cup of milk; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 cup of chocolate chips; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 3/4 all purpose flour (do not use bread flour or self rising); 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted – let cool to room temperature)
