1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground allspice or cloves
2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, (softened)
3 large eggs
1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups (326g) pumpkin puree
6 Tbsp (80g) granulated sugar*
