1 1/4 C. Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 C. grated carrots
1 C. flaked coconut
1 1/4 C. chopped nuts, divided
Cream Cheese Frosting:
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. butter, softened
3 1/2 C. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
