3 cups white sugar (you can cut this down to 2 if you wish)

3½ cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg
•
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
•
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
