75g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
zest of 1 orange (optional)
80ml (6 tbsp) lite coconut milk, HOT
2 tbsp finely ground flax seeds
113g (1/2 cup) vegan margarine, melted
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
220g (3/4 cup) pumpkin puree
1/2 cup mix-in such as dried fruit or chocolate chips (optional)
