1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk (of choice (dairy, almond, etc.))
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups white whole wheat flour (or whole wheat flour or all purpose flour)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
