1 cup canola oil
1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz.)
4 eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. table salt
1 tsp. baking soda
[1]⁄(2) tsp. ground ginger
[1]⁄(2) tsp. ground cloves
[1]⁄(2) tsp. ground nutmeg
[1]⁄(4) cup dried cranberries
[1]⁄(4) cup crystallized ginger
[1]⁄(4) cup pecan pieces
4 oz. white bar chocolate, chopped
1[1]⁄(2) pkg. cream cheese, softened (12 oz.)
1[1]⁄(2) sticks unsalted butter, softened (12 Tbsp.)
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
