6 ounces (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
7.5 ounces (1 cup) granulated sugar
7.5 ounces (1 cup) firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1.5 cups canned pumpkin, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
12.6 ounces (3 cups) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea or kosher salt
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped
