2 Tbsp chili powder
2 ½ pounds boneless country-style pork shoulder ribs, cut into small pieces
2 small onions (halved and thinly sliced)
2/3 cup cream corn
1 15 oz. can black beans (drained)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp honey
¼ cup sour cream
2 8 1/2 oz box corn muffin mix ((Jiffy))
Finely chopped scallions (or green onions) and extra sour cream for garnish
